Integrative Wellness Center

Integrative Medicine on Long Island

A root-cause, whole-person approach to care — in-office in Riverhead and Huntington, virtually in Garden City, or by telehealth from anywhere.

Integrative wellness care on Long Island

Most people who search for an integrative wellness center are not looking for a different diagnosis. They are looking for someone who will connect the dots — the bloating, the fatigue, the sleep that stopped working, the labs that came back "normal" — and then build one plan around all of it.

That is the work we do at Naturopathic Wellness Center of Long Island. Our licensed naturopathic doctors combine nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle strategy, and targeted at-home testing with the care you already receive from your primary doctor and specialists.

What an Integrative Visit Looks Like

  • A long intake covering history, diet, digestion, sleep, stress, and hormones
  • Review of labs and records you already have
  • At-home functional testing when results would change the plan — no blood draws
  • A written, personalized plan with food-first steps and targeted supplementation
  • Follow-up visits to adjust as your body responds

Where We Work From

Our primary office is in Riverhead, with a second office in Huntington and virtual care for Garden City. We also see patients by secure video across New York and beyond where licensure permits, so East End, North Fork, Hamptons, Nassau, and Suffolk patients can all be seen without a long drive.

Where People Usually Start

Frequently Asked Questions

Integrative medicine combines conventional medical care with evidence-informed natural therapies — nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle change, and targeted testing — and treats the person rather than a single symptom. At our wellness center, that means working alongside your primary care doctor and specialists rather than replacing them.

Yes. Naturopathic Wellness Center of Long Island sees patients in-office in Riverhead and Huntington, virtually in Garden City, and by telehealth nationwide where licensure permits. Our Riverhead office is our primary location.

Conventional visits are usually short and organized around diagnosing and managing disease. An integrative visit is longer and organized around patterns: your history, diet, sleep, stress, digestion, and hormones together. Both matter, which is why we coordinate with your medical team instead of working in isolation.

Common reasons patients come to us include digestive complaints and bloating, hormone and thyroid patterns, perimenopause and menopause changes, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, persistent fatigue and brain fog, and Lyme or post-Lyme recovery support.

No. Our office does not perform blood draws or order blood-based panels. The functional testing we use is collected at home — dried urine, saliva, stool, or breath. If you already have blood work from another provider, we are glad to review it as part of your intake.

We are an out-of-network practice. We provide documentation you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA/FSA cards are typically accepted.

Book a consultation online or call (631) 722-2246. Your first appointment is an introduction with our team to review your goals and determine whether scheduling with one of our naturopathic doctors is appropriate.
